A mixture of swedish massage, moderate to deep tissue, sport and Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) are most commonly used but you can request modifications to the techniques and depth of pressure at any time. Aromatherapy and cupping are also commonly requested techniques your therapist may employ during your treatment.
